When sending your gear in for repair, please include:
- A clear description of the damage (don't forget to indicate where the damage is).
- Your contact details (including a daytime telephone number, for when we need to contact you with our assessment).
For health regulations, all items in need of repair must be clean and dry. Any items not clean and dry may incur additional cleaning charges.
